NEW ONLINE CLASS RESERVATION

Our very popular XtremeBarre™ and Reformer classes have been maxed-out. If you want to ensure a spot we suggest reserving your space online early. Classes may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.

A credit card is required in order to register for an online reservation account, but your card will not be billed except in the case of a no show or late cancellation (our 24hr cancellation policy applies). Payments for classes are made in person at the time of service.

If you are a client of The Pilates Room you already have an online account. Simply call or email to request a password.

  About The PILATES Room

The PILATES Room, located in Ithaca, NY, is staffed by 8 of the most thoroughly trained and qualified staff in the entire CNY and Southern Tier region, in both classical and contemporary Pilates methods.

Aside from providing both classical and contemporary Pilates instruction, we offer comprehensive Teacher Training for Pilates and are the sole certification entity for AQUALATES®-Pilates Inspired Aquatics.

Our group conditioning programs include everything from work with small apparatus on the mat, to economical group training for up to 5 participants on the Universal Reformer. Our private training studio is equipped with a full suite of both classical and modern apparatus. Our Education Director is a NY State Licensed Physical Therapists and oversees all pre-surgery and post-rehab training services.

In addition to Pilates, we also offer AQUALATES® and Yamuna Body Rolling. Our instructors constantly train and conduct research to make sure we are offering the most up to date conditioning programs and methods.

Pilates develops core strength, movement efficiency, and integration of body and mind. This non-impactful method of exercise is ideal for all ages and fitness levels from rehab patients to elite athletes.

In addition to private and semi-private training, we offer Pilates Mat and Reformer Classes (45+ classes/mo) as well as open gym hours.
